Hey guys!
There are so many choices out there when it comes to making online but here are 8 ways to make money online that I wanted to share with you.
1. Starting a Blog
As a blogger, I felt the need to start with this one.
If you like writing then this might be the choice for you! The best thing about blogging is that you can make a blog about any niche. For example, my blog is in the finance and making money niche but there are so many more.
You can write about a hobby you have or just something that you think people should know about. If you wanted to blog about something like traveling then you could write articles about travel tips, or how people can save money on their next trip.
The niches are endless when it comes to blogging
First, you need to set up your blog. For this, I recommend using Bluehost (which is what I use). Once you set up the blog then you can start writing!
Now let’s talk about how you can make money online with this one.
To make money from a blog you have to monetize it. There are a few ways you can go about that.
The first way you can is by displaying ads. One way you could do this is by using Google Adsense. Google will put advertisements on your blog site and pay you for that. I would say this is the easiest way to start monetizing your blog
The next way is through affiliate marketing.
Once you have people reading your blog you can go to companies that offer products that are related to your niche and you can join their affiliate program.
Many companies have an affiliate program. This is a program where you can recommend products from that company to your blog readers and post a link that the company gives you in your article. then you receive a commission on each product that your customers buy from your affiliate link.
Finally, you can create your own products. You can create courses or guides that are within your niche and sell them to your audience. At this point, if you are successful at your blog then you could create a course on how to start a blog and make money that way.
Blogging does take a good amount of work but it is a good way of turning something you care about into something profitable.

2. Stock Photography
If you are good with a camera then maybe you could turn that skill into a money-making endeavor.
There are many websites you can do this with such as Shutterstock. You simply sign up with them and start uploading your pictures. If you are smart with this one and find photos to take that are in high demand then you can make quite a bit of money.
The one downside of this one is that cameras are pretty expensive so unless you are already into photography this can be an expensive one to start.

3. Online Surveys
You may have heard that you can make money online by completing surveys and wondered if it is true. Well, let me tell you that it is!
I have used surveys to make money online myself and it is a very simple process.
All you have to do is go to a website such as Swagbucks or Survey Junkie and sign up. During the sign-up process, you will be asked a few questions about yourself so that you can be matched to surveys that relate to you or that you may find interesting.
Once you’re all set then you can start making money! You will be matched to surveys and you can pick and choose which ones you would like to complete.
Once you complete a survey you will earn points and rewards that go into your account. Points can be redeemed into cash and sent straight to your bank account!
This way of making money online is probably one of the simplest but the income is on the lower end of many of the ideas on this list because you only make money when you physically do a survey. Despite that, this is a great way to earn some extra money on the side for your everyday expenses like food or gas and it is quick and easy to do with just a few minutes of free time.
4. YouTube Channel
If you don’t really like to write but still want to share your knowledge with others, YouTube is a great way to do that. All you need is a computer to start making videos for your audience.
There are tons of YouTube channels out there. Whatever you are passionate about you can make content that people will want to see. You could review products, or if you want to simply entertain then you can react to other content on the internet. There are so many possibilities when it comes to YouTube.
If you are camera-shy don’t worry you can still make money on YouTube! Countless YouTubers create faceless content and still monetize their channel.
You can make money through things like ads, sponsorships, and even your own products or merchandise.
Similarly to blogging, you can incorporate affiliate marketing into YouTube as well. You can sign up for affiliate marketing programs and recommend products that you think your audience would enjoy and then the money will start coming in.
5. Selling your unwanted items online
If you have things that you don’t want or need anymore you can make money from them. Maybe you have old clothes or want to redecorate your room or home. Instead of throwing those unneeded items away, sell them to people who want them.
This way of making money online can bring in money quickly. Especially if you have items that people will pay a good amount of money for.
If you are looking for a consistent way of making money then this idea might not be the best choice since you only make money when you get rid of things. but it is a great way to earn money and free up space in your home.
There are tons of websites out there that you can sell your items on. Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and eBay are a few examples. All you have to do is make an account and start posting your items.
6. Online Tutoring
If you are skilled in a particular subject that you can tutor others in then this is a great way to make money online. If you don’t want to have to set up a website of your own, don’t worry, there are websites already set up that you can offer your service on and start making money.
Websites like Tutor.com or Chegg Tutors are great ways to get started on this idea. There are lots of different subjects that people need tutoring on like math, science, or even SAT and ACT preparation. This idea also is easy to get started on and doesn’t require you to make a bunch of content for people.
7. Freelancing
Freelancing is a popular way of making money online. Maybe you are skilled in graphic design, writing, or programming. These are just a few skills that you can offer to other people and get paid in return for your help.
There are lots of websites set up for you to start your freelancing side hustle. Websites like Fivver, Freelancer, and Upwork are all great places to offer your service. Just set up your account and get started.
The nice thing about freelancing is that you can set your rate and choose the projects that interest you. So depending on your skill and expertise, you can make a lot of money with ideas.
If you want to help people work on projects that interest you then this is a great way to monetize the skills that you have and work from anywhere in the world.
8. Dropshipping
Maybe you want to sell products but don’t want to create or handle them yourself. Dropshipping allows you to do just that.
Dropshipping is when you sell products online for a supplier and get paid for the sales you make. When a customer purchases something from your store, the supplier is notified and ships the product to the customer so you don’t have to worry about keeping inventory.
A few popular websites that you can do this on are: Amazon, eBay, or Shopify
Dropshipping can be a profitable business model if you sell good quality products that people want to buy.
These are 8 ways that you can make money online. People have been successful with every single one of these ideas so whichever one fits you best can be used. You can even use more than one of these ideas so that you can create multiple streams of income. This is a good way to make sure you are always making money.
It may seem overwhelming at first but once you get started on your money-making journey you won’t regret it.
